For over 15 years, Philip St. Jacques has been at the forefront of franchise marketing, producing effective and creative programs that drive consumer and franchise growth. He began as the creative inspiration behind St. Jacques Marketing’s success, carrying the agency through rapid growth to industry leadership. Philip has an instrumental role in setting direction and strategy for St. Jacques Marketing. He has developed a disciplined commitment to creativity, innovation and the evolution of a brand that has produced effective system growth across all platforms. Philip is dedicated to pursuing original and unconventional ways of attracting and solving complex challenges, leading the agency to partner with some of the most renowned franchise brands in the world.
Philip obtained his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation in 2011. He is an active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), earning the distinction of being appointed as alternate to Supplier Forum Advisory Board. Philip serves on the Marketing and PR Committee and served on the Conference Committee. He is a frequent participant of the IFA’s Public Affairs Conference and an advocate of FranPAC. Throughout his career, Philip has been a frequent speaker and motivator, leading innovative discussions on franchise marketing.
It has been through Robert’s financial leadership that St. Jacques Marketing has been able to grow from a small start-up graphic design company into the multi-million dollar marketing/media company it is today.
Robert’s path to becoming the CFO in charge of running the financial operations of St. Jacques Marketing puts him in a uniquely qualified position. After graduating from college he began his career in graphic design and illustration, honing his artistic and conceptual eye. He then transitioned into the role of mechanical artist, during which time he was in charge of final preparations of electronic files for reproduction in various display formats. From there he moved on to estimating and purchasing, perfecting the art of balancing project costs, client budgets, and vendor relationships. He then went on to acquire his CFA, and continues to fine-tune his financial skills with continued education.
He is an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of Financial Executives International.
Do you ever worry that maybe you put too much on your client service manager’s plate? That won’t happen with Carla in charge. She takes care of a husband, a dog, and a backyard full of chickens…seriously, chickens!
Carla had eight years of experience in the advertising industry, helping clients with everything from recruiting to candidate screening and resume searches, before bringing her talents to St. Jacques. Her strong focus on client partnerships has helped St. Jacques grow its client roster while maintaining the same level of boutique service. Carla is the consummate Client Service Director.
And if you’re nice, maybe she’ll send you some homemade wine. Yes, I said homemade wine.
Fatih is the Digital Performance Director here at St. Jacques Marketing. Originally from Turkey, he came here to “pursue his academic interest in the Internet,” so he says. Actually, he has been conducting a covert systematic study of Google’s top-secret search engine formula. I can neither confirm nor deny that he’s close to cracking it, but I can say this -- soon we’ll all be Fatih-ing things we don’t know the answers to.
After graduating from ITU in Turkey, and coming to the U.S., he began feeding his insatiable appetite for Internet knowledge, completing his studies in advanced web programming.
Fatih’s background and prodigious skill set is in back-end web programming and website SEO. For those of us that don’t know what that means, he’s the guy that makes a company’s website work, and he’s really really…really good at it. He lives, breathes and I’m convinced eats Internet; and I have it on good authority that he can see the matrix.
