He has, and continues to, set the stage for the long-term and effective relationship with all clients.
Through his empathetic demeanor, Michael truly seeks to help match client challenges with St Jacques’ strengths, by ensuring that all initial client needs are clearly defined with the Client Services team. Michael’s approach also includes challenging the entire St. Jacques team by asking, "Are we indispensable to our clients?”. As client needs have developed over time, Michael has helped grow St. Jacques into a full-service marketing services firm, providing creative services, brand development and strategy, public relations and interactive design.
Before starting St. Jacques, Inc., Michael held positions at Continental Insurance, AT&T and AM Best. Michael is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Marketing and has also completed post-graduate studies at The New Jersey Institute of Technology.
